Fundraising process

  1. The customer fills out a single application on our website - https://www.oferta.finance/kredita-pieteikums

  2. Each client who applies is assigned a manager who will communicate with him in the future

  3. The client submits all the required documents - which are the basis

    • Completed questionnaire

    • Bank account printout for the last 12 months

    • Annual report and operational balance not older than 3 months

    • Transcripts of balance sheet items (if necessary)

    • Ratings (if necessary)

    • Business plan, explanations, estimates, etc. important information

  4. After evaluating the client, we make a decision on starting/not starting cooperation with him, and at the beginning we sign a cooperation agreement with the client, where all the rights, responsibilities, compensation, etc. of the parties are reserved.

  5. The manager sends the client's application with documents to the relevant financial institution and further communicates between the institution and the client.

  6. In our view and process, the final results are as follows:

    • Reasoned refusal from the financial institution, preferably with explanations, or

    • Expressed indicative financing offer, or

    • Expressed final financing offer, approved by the credit committee, or

    • A loan agreement is signed with the client.
